Check in & Bus Buddies
Join Us as we check ’em in, load ’em up & get campers to camp for the exciting week. We need a bunch of people! Help is needed on Sunday June 8th at Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas.
Can’t spend a week at camp but want to help support our campers? Sign up to help with Check-In at Scottish Rite, chase the buses in your own vehicle down to camp or be a Bus Buddy! More details about being a Bus Buddy are below.
After Check in on Sunday – Bus Buddies ride the bus to camp and back, returning back to Scottish Rite by approximately 5:30pm the same day. You must wear sturdy shoes, be able to assist campers off the bus in an emergency, AND able to carry 50 pounds. There will be a safety training from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm inside the hospital behind the info desk at main entrance. Training videos must be watched ahead of time and full understanding of their content (see videos below). Please eat prior to arriving at Scottish Rite. More details will be emailed to all registered volunteers.
